Your data is used strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including generating slide content, processing payments, facilitating lead captures, and preventing fraudulent activities. We do NOT sell your presentation content or personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
All stored customer content is encrypted both at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit over HTTPS/TLS 1.3. We utilize SOC2-compliant cloud infrastructure with strict access permissions and regular security audits.
4. Your Data Rights
You reserve full ownership rights to all presentation decks and assets created on Apex Presentation. You may request account deletion, data export, or correction at any time by contacting privacy@apexpresentation.com.
